For the first time under its new brand name, tk accelis is attending Aluminium 2026 in Dusseldorf. The trade fair is taking place at Dusseldorf’s exhibition center from October 6 to October 8. As an expert for material supply and processing as well as supply chain management, tk accelis is participating with the business units Processing and Materials.

tk accelis Materials focuses on aluminum sheets, rods and customer-specific aluminum profiles. Particularly lead-free aluminum alloys are being presented, which offer an effective alternative to materials containing lead. By forgoing lead, environmental contamination and potential health risks can be mitigated along the entire value chain. At the same time, the necessary specifications for industrial application nearly match the level of comparable materials containing lead. Moreover, the material is easier to recycle.

Custom aluminum profiles allow for nearly every open or closed cross-sectional geometry. tk accelis Materials takes on the entire process from the selection of suitable producers and the technical coordination to the delivery or storage of the material. tk accelis Materials also presents paperless aluminum sheets. These are particularly relevant for companies with a high degree of automation and processes to ensure the surface protection of paperless sheets. Without separator layers, there is a lower risk of disruptions in the material flow and disposal efforts are mitigated. In short: lower process complexity leading to an increase in process security.

tk accelis Processing exhibits its offering of aluminum sheet processing, such as custom cutting, and the manifold application possibilities of the raw material. Apart from processing and prefabrication solutions, resilient supply chains are also on the agenda: Individual supply concepts through a diversified supply chain management (multi-sourcing) constitute an important tool for customers. Moreover, the team is presenting the advantages of a multi-metal service center. The service center in Mannheim is able to process steel and stainless steel in addition to aluminum and in doing so offers the processing of several metals at a single site.
